A little bit about my background.
I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, counselor and personal trainer with 30+ years specializing in healthy weight loss. Helping women feel radiant is my passion. It’s one of the reasons I created The Walking Book Club – to inspire my clients to move with enjoyment.
