Wine and cheese, with a few crispy French fries 😉
Wine, cheese, and fresh bread, with a few crispy French fries and cookie dough for dessert — yum; if health were not a priority, I’d be eating them with greater frequency.
I want to be real with you. I love those foods! I also know I would not feel good if Sauvignon Blanc and aged Gouda were regulars on my menu.
It’s not only tempting, it’s tough to keep healthy eating a priority.
Maybe that’s why my heart’s desire is to make health and happiness easier. If there is something, anything, that makes it easier, I’m all over it. How about you?
As we transition seasons (and before #HallothanksmasEve begins), I’ve put together 40 snippets, tips, and inspirational thoughts on eating behaviors and nutrition to share on a daily basis in The Walking Book Club Discussion Group.
These healthy-body happy-mind tips are some of my favorites I use with clients as an NBC-HWC professional.
Let’s dish (no pun intended) and open the dialogue. Yesterday’s tip was about creating awareness by reading labels. Today’s tip encourages you to take some time to prepare healthy options/meals.
September in The Walking Book Club:
We’re featuring bestselling author Lisa Wingate for the month of September.
