Sending virtual hugs to everyone!
And a warm welcome to our new members from around the world.
When the day comes that it’s safe to gather again, it would be fun to create themed book club parties for each of the audiobooks we listened to this round. Shifting the focus to positive may be a wee bit more challenging for some of us with current challenges.
The “Three Blessings and Why” exercise is a proven technique to increase a thriving mindset.
Go beyond simply writing down three things you’re grateful for in your day. Take the next step and write down “why” they happened. When you recognize the “why,” you begin to realize the energy and effort you put into stimulating “positives.'”
