Our next Healthy-Body Happy-Mind Chat is this Saturday, October 3, at 4 p.m. EDT. We’ll focus on questions, comments, and discussion on eating behaviors and nutrition. This is a great opportunity to tap into the 35 years experience of a National Board Certified Health Coach and personal trainer. (Me!) Fingers crossed some of our international members can join us.

Since Good Morning Monster is not available yet worldwide, as an alternative we suggest Educated by Tara Westover, which is also a heroic memoir of overcoming childhood psychological trauma. It’s a great substitute or add-on for our discussion with Catherine.

If you’re looking for some fictional psychological drama, our third option is The Wives by Taryn Fisher. This is a twisty-turny audiobook that will keep you moving right up to the end.
