And no, I’m not obsessed with twinkle lights or wrapping paper.

I’m obsessed with thriving.

 

Because here’s the scoop:

The “holiday season” doesn’t start in November.

It starts with back-to-school chaos, candy aisles, Labor Day BBQs, and party invites creeping in soon.

And if you’re not ready, you end up in survival mode by Halloween.

But not this year. Not on my watch.

I’ve been building a Holiday Thrive Plan for myself—and for you.

It’s all about designing a season rooted in what matters before the madness kicks in.

Do you want calm? Fun? Less chaos?
Say it now—before your calendar fills with everyone else’s priorities.

Plan for Boundaries.

Sugar, spending, social overload—decide ahead of time what’s worth it (and what’s not).

Build a Blueprint.

Lock in movement.
Guard your sleep.
Schedule joy like it’s an appointment.

Savor the Small Stuff.

I call them Cupcake Moments.
The sparkle, the cinnamon, the laughs.
Pause and actually feel them.
