Speaking of meeting up, I’d like to invite you to a Zoom call tomorrow, Thursday, April 23, at 1 p.m. EST to discuss the ingredients for your Healthy-Body Happy-Mind recipe.

If you’d like to attend, please RSVP by email  and I’ll send you more information and the password for access. No worries if you can’t make it; I’m hoping to have more Zoom offerings in the future.

Thank you for your honest sharing of your thoughts on trauma and COVID-19. Self-care takes many forms and can be very personal. I encourage you to continue to be mindful of the little things that refuel the spirit.
