Does health coaching work?
Yes, numerous studies support heath coaching’s impact on quality of life. As the field of health coaching grows, new studies are being published regularly on the effectiveness of health coaching as a valid method of health intervention. Health coaching has been shown to improve stress reduction, weight loss, and a variety of other chronic conditions. What can I expect? How much time should I book for my session?
Once enrolled, a private Google file will be created. Here we will provide information to get started, share resources, offer option questionnaires and tools, among other items you may benefit from during our time together.
How can I optimize my time?

What if something comes up and I need to reschedule my appointment?
What if I don’t want to continue?
No problem. If at the end of the 2.5 hours or the end of the quarter, simply opt out. Often clients benefit from at least 2-3 hours to assess rapport and value of coaching work before making a decision to continue.

Julie’s areas of expertise include: group counseling, dynamic group instruction, creative solutions and project management. Extensive experience in designing custom programs for individuals and groups.
