Define Your Goals

Once we have defined the big goals, things get exciting. We break your big goals into actionable weekly goals. Trust me, you will love this!
Taking off thirty pounds can feel overwhelming, but a weekly goal of three hearty walks and five dinners with fresh veggies is exciting – and doable! And although I don’t believe in quick-fixes, I do believe in practical shortcuts (yay!).
Together we will find ways to make your goals highly attainable based on the schedule, mindset, and resources you already have. I’m all about helping you find the easiest, most enjoyable ways to get healthier and make the most of your life.
I draw on my background in personal fitness, counseling, and coaching to help you build your health and happiness from the ground up in a holistic, sustainable way.
You’ll set the pace and focus of each session with a pre-call inventory to maximize our time together.
After each call, you’ll receive a summary and highlights of our conversation with outlined goals and experiments. In between Walk-n-Talk sessions, you have unlimited access to email support.
