“The Blueprint board was a great tool—I loved being able to go back and revisit the content. And the use of positive psychology was exactly the right fit for me. It focused on goals, habits, and forward movement, instead of rehashing the past.

Being part of a small, supportive group where we could share openly and work on real goals together was powerful. The whole experience was thoughtful, encouraging, and incredibly effective.”

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the Thrive Board?
Your Thrive Board is a personalized space created using Milanote, an interactive platform designed for visual thinkers and planners. We use it to customize your experience with:

  • Shared links and curated resources
  • Optional checklists to track your progress
  • Commenting features for reflection and collaboration
  • Visual goal setting (think: mood boards, mind maps, and more)
  • A creative canvas to brainstorm, dream big, and capture your growth

Participants love that it feels like a living journal and vision board rolled into one, helping them stay motivated and organized between sessions. You can even upload photos, audio notes, or quotes that spark inspiration. Your board is available throughout the program and for three months after we wrap up.

What happens if I can’t make a group session?

While in-person sessions offer rich connection, especially for our group celebration, we know life happens. If you miss a session:

  • Our orientation and kick-off sessions will be recorded and shared.
  • You’ll still have full access to resources, activities, and check-ins through your Thrive Board and our group messages.
  • If you miss the finale session, I’ll offer an optional one-on-one follow-up to help you reflect and celebrate.
How do I book my one-on-one sessions?

After our kick-off, I will reach out via email or text to schedule your personal Thrive session. I try my best to accommodate your schedule, whether you prefer:

  • A walk-and-talk
  • A relaxed coffee meet-up
  • A focused sit-down session at Longevity
  • Or the ease of a virtual meeting

Virtual sessions also include HIPAA-compliant summary notes, greater scheduling flexibility, and allow you to join from anywhere, even in your comfy clothes.

What if I can’t schedule my one-on-ones during Week 2 or 3?

No worries. Life doesn’t always follow a calendar.

I’m happy to extend your one-on-one session beyond the formal program, as long as it’s used within four weeks of our end date to help you maintain momentum and clarity.

Is there a refund policy?

Not at this time. Once you enroll, I will begin crafting your personalized Thrive Board and preparing materials tailored just for you.

That said, if something unexpected arises, I’ll work with you to ensure you receive your one-on-one coaching sessions, even if they happen outside the core program dates.

What happens after the program ends?

Great question—because thriving doesn’t stop here.

Your Thrive Board remains accessible for 3 months at no additional cost.

You’re welcome to continue the conversation—many participants discover that regular coaching becomes a powerful part of their ongoing self-care.

Think of me as your “personal trainer for a thriving mind.” Whether you want monthly check-ins, seasonal refreshers, or targeted support, I’m here to help you continue moving forward with purpose.

I’m not sure if I’m “ready enough” or have the time. Is this still for me?

Absolutely. This program is designed with real life in mind. It’s for people juggling a lot, but still wanting to feel better, do better, and finish the year grounded and energized.

We focus on meaningful progress, not perfection. If you can commit to showing up for yourself, even just a little, you’re more than ready.

How much time should I expect to spend each week?

You’ll want to carve out about 1–2 hours per week, plus optional time for using your Thrive Board.

Some weeks might spark bigger breakthroughs, but the pace is intentionally manageable, designed to support your life, not overtake it.

Who is this program not for?

If you’re looking for a quick fix, this might not be your best fit.

This experience is more about clarity, intention, and sustainable progress. It’s ideal for those who are curious, open to reflection, and ready to invest a little time and energy into their own well-being.

Close out the year with clarity, energy, and intention.

If you’re ready to and the year feeling peaceful, focused, and grounded, this 4-week program is for you. Let’s finish strong, together.
